Workshop visits

Visits are by arrangement so we can give you proper time. Call or send an enquiry and we will agree a slot that suits you, including evenings and weekends where possible.

12-month workmanship guarantee

The work we carry out is covered by a 12-month Potteries Camper Co workmanship guarantee. If something we have fitted fails because of the way it was installed, bring the van back and we will put it right.

This covers our installation work only. Equipment such as roofs, heaters, fridges, batteries and electrical components carries its own manufacturer warranty, and we will help you make a claim where one applies. Any mechanical or third-party warranty supplied with a stock vehicle will be stated on that vehicle’s advert. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
